A program designed for people who can't resist opening a website or a program for a while (like people who can't live without CSC  )
This program controls your life (Of course by your options), you choose what site and what applications to block, and you specify a duration or a dead end to stop blocking. and you won't be able to run the programs or view the websites (I don't know if it supports Firefox).
When you want to manually stop blocking programs the program shows a dialog with 64 character string for you to write in a textbox, so you'll give up on turning it off, because it is 64 characters with no copy and paste 
Hope you like it.
The free version has no website blocking option.

if you come across don't disturb for managers tell men because I want to block my manager from keep coming to my office and if you find a mute for managers also I don't mind
